Complete renovation and design of 260 sqm interior and 200 sqm exterior, extending the living space from two to four floors. The brief was to modernise the villa with an elegant design, retaining it’s character and charm. The original marble staircase was restored. The decorative drawing along the top of the façade was redesigned and painted. A new decorative marble fireplace was installed. All other rooms were fully renovated and modernized.
